How do I place a pre-order?
Go to the Pre-Order page and click the link to our Pre-Order Website. All pre-orders are placed and shipped separately from our Ready-to-Ship warehouse.

How do I become a wholesale customer?
Go to our Wholesale Application page, click the link, and fill out the application.

Do you sell retail?
Yes! Our retail website is MY3BH.com.
When will my order ship?
Estimated ship dates are listed on:
- The product page
- Your order confirmation email
💡 Note: These are estimated dates and may change.
Can you ship matching outfits together?
Most of the time, yes! If items are produced together, they usually ship together. However, this is not guaranteed, especially if you are ordering from different brands like Howie Hanny and Turquoise Haven, as they are separate.
Can I buy leftover inventory from unpaid pre-orders?
Yes! Any unpaid pre-orders will be added to the Ready-to-Ship website. Once available, we will post in the Facebook VIP group with links to shop.
What items are available for Ready-to-Ship?

PRE ORDER PAYMENT POLICY:
We wanted to remind you of our payment terms for pre-orders:
- We do not keep cards on file.
- When your order is ready, we will send an invoice via email.
- Once payment is received, your order will ship.
- We will send two email reminders and one text reminder.
- If payment is not received after these reminders, the order will be canceled.
- If your order is canceled, a 30% deposit will be required to place any future pre-orders. Alternatively, you are welcome to shop our ready-to-ship (RTS) styles as needed.
