SHIPPING & RETURNS

PREORDERS:

We wanted to remind you of our payment terms for pre-orders:

  • We do not keep cards on file.
  • When your order is ready, we will send an invoice via email.
  • Once payment is received, your order will ship.
  • We will send two email reminders and one text reminder.
  • If payment is not received after these reminders, the order will be canceled.
  • If your order is canceled, a 30% deposit will be required to place any future pre-orders. Alternatively, you are welcome to shop our ready-to-ship (RTS) styles as needed.

Please keep an eye on your inbox to ensure you don’t miss your invoice. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

SHIPPING 

All shipping cost is only an estimated price at time of checkout.  If shipping is less then you will see a refund back to your card for the difference.

* On large jewelry orders, shipping time may vary due to the fact that most of our jewelry is handmade. If you need your order by a specific date, please make this known in the notes on order or give us text or call (972-937-0337)

*****MSRP - Minimum amount for all items sold should equal no less than double the wholesale cost. Abuse of pricing system may result in the deactivation of your wholesale account.

SHIPPING

During Market Dates, shipping times are extended due to increased orders. Please call if you need by a certain date so we can make sure we meet your deadline!!!!

Shipping and Delivery dates are estimated. It is not advised to pre-sell items before you have received them.

RETURNS

To receive a full refund, merchandise must be returned within 7 days from delivery date. If an item needs to be returned for any reason, please call store 972-937-0337 or email us at davie.thaven@gmail.com  for a return authorization code. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND AND MUST BE RETURNED IN SAME MANNER RECEIVED (FULL PRE-PACKS)
  • *If you should find any defects in your order or missing items, please contact us immediately and we will be glad to take care of any problems. Please note all claims past 7 days of delivered date will not be accepted.  Make sure you report before this timeframe. 
  • **Returns on non-defective merchandise for ANY reason, such as change of mind, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


GUARANTEE

We guarantee everything you purchase from Turquoise Haven to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Please check your merchandise carefully upon delivery. Please note a large majority of our styles are hand-made. When needed, we replace materials /supplies similar to what you ordered at market or online using our best judgment. This only occurs if our supplies and materials run out and we need to replace. Please call, email, or inform your sales representative if this is not acceptable with you.
