Refund policy
Orders must be placed by 11 a.m. to ship same day. Please note on order in the special instruction box, that you need same day shipping, or give us a call. Fed Ex picks up between 2 pm- 3 pm daily. This allows us enough time to process, package and ship your order.
We use both Fedex and USPS. Please let us know in notes if you have special shipping instructions.
During Market Dates, shipping times may be extended due to increased orders received. Please call if you need by a certain date so we can make sure we meet your deadline.
***Due to increased order cancellations and declined payment status, we now charge a 30% Non- Refundable deposit, at the time any order is placed. Your credit card information is required to place an order. Cancelled orders, from market shows and online, cause loss in productivity, re-stocking fees, and loss from our sales representatives that work hard to help our customers. Please be absolutely sure of every order before you submit it.
Back Orders/Pre- Orders
*All back orders more than 30 days old will be canceled. Pre-orders will be held for 90 days.
**We automatically ship 2-3 pieces on back orders/pre-orders using the credit card on file. Please call us in advance if you wish not to receive back order/pre-orders so we can note on your acct.
Returns:
To receive a full refund, merchandise must be returned within 7 days from delivery date.If an item needs to be returned for any reason, please call store 972-937-0337 for a return authorization code.ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND!
*If you should find any defects in your order, please contact us immediately and we will gladly exchange or replace your damaged item.
**Returns on non-defective merchandise for ANY reason, such as change of mind, is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
